Step 1: Go to our website CVcenter.pk and choose a package according to your work experience.
Step 2: Sign-up for your desired services, by filling up a short form (Name, Contact, Email Address).
Step 3: Proceed towards payment procedures sent to you at your email address.
Step 4: Fill the Questionnaire sent by our Writing Department. You can avoid it, and notify us if you think your existing CV already has sufficient information.
Step 5: Monitor your progress on the Client Support Desk, wait for 72-working hours and get your services delivered.
Well, primarily you have two methods and you may choose any of them or both of them to provide us your information. You can send us your existing CV to provide information about yourself, or you can also fill the questionnaire sent by our writing team to get the required information for making your new CV. Any of the methods can be skipped by you due to availability issues. You can also provide minor information through email or the Client Support Desk if it is not available in your existing CV or filled Questionnaire.
How do I get in touch with my assigned writer? Do I need to contact via customer support department?
Our IT team has developed a digital Client Support Desk for our clients’ engagements. You will immediately receive credentials to have access to the support desk, through which you will directly get in touch with your assigned writer for the provision of any additional information or to monitor your service progress without going through the customer support department.
No, we do not restrict you with a specific time limit for providing any information that was left earlier by you in the questionnaire or existing CV. However, we highly encourage you to carefully provide us the complete information before the work on your service gets started. Please note that the information provided after the 1st phase may affect the delivery date.
All of the CVs provided by CVcenter.pk are by default ATS optimized, so you don’t have to look for any specific option. We treat ATS optimization as a fundamental feature of our service not as a premium or additional feature. We specifically focus on enabling the ATS optimization in your CVs considering its significance in the recruitment process.
Yes, if you opt for the Rapid delivery option while signing up, you get your CV delivered in just 48-working hours (Not Including weekends and major holidays). That is the minimum delivery time required for all of our services delivered through the Rapid Delivery option. Enabling Rapid delivery will incur some additional costs on you apart from your package cost.
No, we do not create LinkedIn profiles. Instead, we optimize your existing LinkedIn Profile and enable SEO by using optimized keywords in your profile and URL. We also revamp your Profile by working on its presentation and content.
No, All the payments shall be made in full- advance for any kind of service. You can either pay through the direct bank transfer in the company’s account or you can go choose to proceed with the Easypaisa account as per your ease.
To ensure our client’s confidentiality and our company’s policy, we do not share CV samples with any of our clients. However, if you want to see the templates you can go to our website anytime and check them out.
We provide you exclusively free revision period for your services valid for 30 days starting from your delivery date. You get 2 rounds of revisions throughout that period. You are welcomed to get any minor changes, not just once but twice without any additional cost within that time.
